I attended the in person assessment center last year. It was broken down into three sections The first section involved a small introduction for the current employees and break down of the day - task was to create a premium ketchup within your team - you are sat in a room with your team and have a time limit to prepare a presentation addressing the finace of the product alongside the reasoning as to why this product followed by questioning second task - you will have a lunch time where you can mingle with current employees and network (they are always watching) a - you will then be taken into a room with your team to present your presentation (remeber to speak) - you will be questioned on the presentation so think of the potential questions that may arise third and final task is your individual interview - you will be interviewed by two employers - questions will be similar to all the interviews you have completed before reaching this stage (this was quite easy for myself) thats the end and you will notified within that week whether you are successful or not hope this helps
