I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied through my university. There was a brief phone screening, then two back-to-back 30 minute interviews about a month later. The last part of the process was supposed to entail me creating a PowerPoint on why I should be hired and then presenting it in Chicago. I declined to do that last part.
Two out of my three total interviewers seemed somewhat rude. Everything they said seemed to suggest (implicitly) that Kraft Heinz was a very competitive environment.

Question 1

The last interview was a "super day" where they had candidates create a presentation, and have a panel ask questions. Gave you the opportunity to tour the office, taste test their products, learn from previous trainees.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz
Interview
Interview process was seamless, fairly stress-free, and comprehensive. Challenging, for sure, but was definitely one of the more enjoyable processes that I took part in as a post-grad interviewee. It was also extremely comprehensive - the company was interested in you as a person, you as an employee, and all of your background.

Interview
I did a hirevue, campus interview, then an on-site final round interview. Throughout all steps, the process was very smooth. Everyone was extremely nice and wanted you to succeed. The entire process was about 4 months but it took about 3 days after the final round to get back a final decision
