Very cut and dry, I came into the store and had to then fill out a second application. After a 20 minute wait the District manager (which is strange since the store manager was right there) came and sat down with me and the interview processed like a normal interview.

Once you get the interview you basically got the job, just look professional and come with a SMILE ! They will give you a few scenarios and ask are you a loyal customer.
