The interview process consisted of two stages: an initial interview and a paid design task assignment. While they promised compensation for the design task, the payment is still pending at the time of this review. The first interview was well-structured, covering standard questions about company knowledge and motivations for industry transition. What stood out positively was their commitment to compensating candidates for the design task - a refreshing approach that demonstrates respect for candidates' time and expertise. This practice sets them apart from many companies in the industry. While I wasn't selected for the role, they provided specific feedback focusing on my design approach and its alignment with their technical services sector. They noted that my background in e-commerce and physical products didn't translate as effectively as they'd hoped into their digital services space.
