Interview
I applied in October and completed an online test with a video question. In March I received an invitation to an assessment centre held in London. In the morning I had to do a presentation and a few tests after which half the people were cut on the day. Then had a one to one interview.
Really relaxed. Presented a case study followed by questions, then a half an hour interview with HR talking about how I align with their values. Each question was aimed at one of their 5 values with a real focus on past experience and your personality.
