I applied through college or university. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Feb 2016
Interview
I submitted my CV through the Internship Programme of my University and was invited to an interview.
I went to the Office Building of the company. There I was welcomed by a recruiter and a man who eventually turned out to be my manager during the internship.
The environment was very friendly, we had a conversation with basic questions like "What do you know about our company?" and "Why do yu want to work here?".
Then the recruiter focused on my CV asking me general questions of my past activities, while the man - who was going to be my manager - turned out to be an engineer and asked me more technical questions.
The interview process was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. Every conversation felt thoughtful, respectful, and engaging, with clear communication throughout. It left a strong impression of professionalism, warmth, and opportunity. Sadly i didnt get an offer
El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.
