Interview
Interview process was quick. Applied, immediately got an email to answer the three questions which included a video. Then the day after, received an email about an assessment centre. Assessment centre included group assessment, maths test, individual interview, personality test and a presentation.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at L'Oréal
Interview
The entire process took about two weeks from start to finish, which was surprisingly fast. It consisted of 4 rounds of interviews. Overall, it was a pretty average and straightforward experience. The interviewers were professional, and the questions focused on standard behavioral and situational prompts. There were no trick questions or bizarre logic riddles. It felt more like a normal conversation about my experience rather than an interrogation.
The interview process is more conventional, a total of three rounds, English interview. The interviewer will ask some professional questions, and at the same time conduct a targeted stress interview. Results will be available in about 2 to 3 days.
