The interview contained first meeting with the hiring manager, followed by lead of talent and culture. Then the process contained performing a take home assessment to qualify you for a specific role. Lastly, I met with some team members in the department to qualify for a good fit (for the role and company culture). Overall, the team at L7 is considerate of you time and tried to reveal as much as they could about what they are looking for and what they offer.
