      I like working in an environment where I can collaborate with internal teams and clients to solve complex problems.       mission, purpose, great people, excellent compensation & benefits, flexible work from home, career opportunities, unlimited PTO

      Dysfunction at the C-level. CEO is also highly involved and influential member of the board, which can be a conflict of interest and result in poor decisions being made.

      A few teammates made tough projects easier to get through.

      Cons

      Leadership lost its way completely. They are always confused and change routes. The pay was average, and extra effort rarely led to anything meaningful. Time away from work was hard to protect, and many people stayed connected even during personal time. Support and training were limited, so most of us learned by trial and error. Leadership was horrible, and priorities changed so often that teams were always adjusting. The ceo talked a lot about big goals, but the day to day experience felt disconnected from those plans. If you want stability, beware, because layoffs, confusion, and people quietly leaving became a normal part of the culture.
