A group of area leaders sat down with me and talked about why I wanted to be a staff in their program. They were really straight-forward and talked more about what type of things I'd offer for the program and what were my area of expertise. (ex. would you like to be a sports coach, dance, science etc)

Interview
once you arrive you will be greeted and handed a form to fill out. Once you complete the form you wait to be called in for the actual interview. The interview includes questions they previously asked you to answer on the form. The interview was simple and quick. You will know on the spot if you are hired or not.

They ask you to create, plan and implement an activity you would be able to facilitate throughout the program. For example: any outside activities like yoga basketball etc. Any activity you can do that will advantage the children so yo can supervise them.

Easy to apply, I just email my resume and then I got called for an Interview. The Interview was easy they were really nice and they told me right away that I got hired.
