I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at LANXESS in Sep 2021
Interview
A recruiter led process. The recruiter was very "passionate" about pushing my CV to the company. Had not knowledge of the expected duties and roles. When pressed for more information, I just got a generic link to the company website.
There was very poor communication, not an enjoyable experience at all.
Gave a fundamental process test and while I took the test proceeded to interview me at the same time. 8 years of experience in this type role and the test was easy but took it as an insult to my character and intelligence.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LANXESS (Nagda) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview was for the role of Graduate Apprentice Trainee.
The process included general questions from chemical engineering domain with primarily focusing on Designing and instrumentation part along with the basics of chemical engineering.

Poor audio quality during interview. Difficult to understand questions. Interviewers were hard to understand. Overall not a very pleasant experience. Interview was on time and everything but I couldn't get answers to any of my questions because the audio quality was soo poor and the interviewer was very hard to understand
