Takes 7 steps, it has an english exam, they send you a link to do an examn of math and communication skills, then drug test and finnaly you enter to the training if you pass everything

Long process involving various stages. Starts with a call and then an online training and group interview. Post that filter, you are called to a face to face interview and finally a 2-month training (unpaid) that candidates must approve to join the company.

Interview
3-step process:
1st - Visual check and essay in Portuguese and English.
2nd - English interview with samples of how you would react to certain case scenarios in an airplane. They'll also ask you to read a speech that Flight Attendants do in an airplane in English.
3rd - Group Dynamic.
