Multi Stage interview process. 1st is with junior members of the team then 2nd and 3rd are with manager and then head of the team. Majority of it was discussing my background and education with technical questions thrown in.

Nightmare Interview Process. I went through 4.5 rounds (yes it is possible) with 6 different persons. Before the last round I had an oral "yes", but because they are extremely rigid with their process, you have to wait for the last guy to come back from holidays, you have to accept to be cancelled at the last minute twice and finally a round that should have been a 10 min phone call transforms into a 1 hour face to face. People at LCH are very good individually but they don't realize how bad they can be when you interact with them as an organization. The communication was very bad between them. Also many top management people took part in the interview (even the CRO believe it or not) when actually it was just a junior role with half of it dedicated to automation/reporting. You can't possibly understand why so much people got involved when you know that once in the job you will interact with them once in a blue moon. I am not saying that out of nowhere, I asked what my interactions with them would be once I start. I have been very disappointed and cherry on the cake, when i asked why I had not been selected, I had almost no feedback.
