I applied online, and received an email for an online programming test, even though the question were simple and I answered submitted, I got a generic response saying "we found better candidates bla bla..." no explanation , no phone call/screening, not very professional.

Video screen with TA who said they would talk to the hiring manager and organize an interview. It has been about two weeks and no update yet. Feels like I'm ghosted.

Interview
Very friendly recruiter, but either from lack of time or manners, very unresponsive when trying to reach them. Overall it was a positive experience though, started with get to know you then had some basic SE questions etc. After that round, you speak to the head of their IT management, a round of testing then a final interview.
