Similar to regular interview process, recruiter call, team manager and senior developer call, calls with client and HR call for the last but this takes forever.. You should wait about two weeks in between each round to hear the result

Interview
LG CNS has a long and intensive recruitment process. You apply online. you submit resume and answers based on questions given. Document screening takes about two weeks and then selected candidates take IQ and ITQ tests, if you pass the tests you will be given a chance to do the first interview.
