Applied through LinkedIn. Immediately got an email to schedule a phone interview. Had a two hour long phone interview speaking about the position as well as my skills. Had me go in person for a face to face interview which was roughly two hours long. Afterwards was told that they were interested in me for the position and to provide 3 professional references for them to call and to notify the references that they will be getting a call. I emailed a week later to ask if anything was needed in my part as the references had still not gotten contacted but received no response. Now 6 weeks later from when I first interviewed I have not heard anything back from them. They just ghosted on a candidate that they stated they were interested in. Very unprofessional.
