I sat down with the manager of the location and the fill-in assistant manager and they both asked pretty simple questions. Mainly it was if I had any previous body shop experience and if I had any sales experience. I didn't have either, but they said I could learn the position of Salesman and be able to move up from there. Overall the interview was pleasant, however I should note that when I went in for my first day to sign all the paperwork, the job had changed to an Inside Sales Coordinator and Paint Technician, which isn't what I had interviewed for. I accepted the job anyway, but later left the position because there was no opportunity to advance.
