Had to take a programming test. Also interviewed with the main recruiting staff member, along with several supervisors and managers. Received feedback from my references that they were called within a day of my interview and I was offered a job the next day.

Interview
Interviewing was a pleasant process. I went through 3 interviews. The first interview was mostly consumed by a programming test. The second interview was held with a couple of supervisors for the position I was applying for. The third and final interview was with the director.
Advice: Read up on the company. Learning some of its history will help you answer a lot of the interview questions.
