One phone call, then an extensive 4 part graphic design test with little direction and tasks far beyond what a designer should have to handle. No copy, images, logo, brand guide or even colors were given as reference for the design test.

ASSIGNMENT #4:
Create a :30 animated video demonstrating how to use the LTK app. Find inspiration by watching the
video currently posted in the app store, but a differing perspective is necessary, and video must be
animated and illustrated. Example: https://vimeo.com/210943516
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LTK (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2022
Interview
I went through 3 rounds of interviews and didn’t get the offer. I interviewed with 3 different people at various levels within the company, all over zoom. Some of the individuals gave off a strange vibe, like they weren't that excited about their job or the company, they seemed tired and burnt out.
