I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lab1886
Interview
Intro call which was rather informal to get to know each other. Some personal questions and a few technical ones. The duration was one hour. After that, I received an email that I should accomplish a 3- day-challenge (preparing slides about a strategy). After that, the process was more than unprofessional. No feedback and I had to send follow-up emails for everything to get further information.

Question 1
The first call was very relaxed and informative, the recruiters seemed sympathetic. After that, I had to accomplish a task for which I got 3 days. However on the day, the task should start, they forgot to send it and only after reminding them I received the task by midday. It actually took me three entire days to do the task. I sent the task back and did not receive a confirmation mail. After 10 days I still did not receive any feedback. After following up I got a standard rejection email. I called them to get further feedback for personal development. They said I should call back. I did so for 2 times and never got a callback or anything. Very very very unprofessional....
Thank you for your feedback!
We have now improved the speed and process concerning feedback on both interviews and tasks to diminish the chance of this experience to be shared by future candidates.
The worst and meaningless interview experience all the time. They contact you via email, and you go onsite interview for just nothing to talk to people who would not able to speak English.

You felt like you had a bad experience, we are constantly working on improving our recruitment process.
Our business language is English, sorry that the communication experience was not up to your standards.
that was the worst interview process I ever seen.. after traditional phone call and usual on site interview they will give you a task that will last 5 days.. and believe it or not it will take you 5 days to finish it.. long painful task with non trivial problem to solve .
then with no reason they will give you rude short email that we can't give you proper feedback but well ..
on the other had the company itself was having a great potential in terms of work environment and fresh ideas but as any good thing this days .. it's now a cost center for Daimler.. so you will work for your salary forever .. no potential for making the business and yourself bigger. and I can tell they as small entity will be merged into another Mercedes company soon or be vanished when they discovered they don't give the value it promised .

nothing really .. the on site was all good and people are good
Hi, we wanted to take this chance to respond to your commentary.
We offer our candidates up to 5 days to finalize the task in order to not interfere with their day-to-day.
Secondly, none of your speculations are correct regarding our relationship with Daimler. We are a separate GmbH and Daimler daughter company rather than an internal entity.
