Applied online, straightforward process and questions. Interview portion was with the President, who had general questions as well as asking for more details and information regarding my resume. I had a funky schedule at the time but she was very relaxed and willing to work around that. Good first impression. I received a quick offer and was on board shortly after. I’ve now worked there over a year and my first impressions were right, it’s a great place to work ☺

Interview
Went through multiple skill test, two interviews, receive job offer, was ignored for a week with no follow-up or start date, company rescinded job offer because of "restructuring", and hopes and good-will destroyed. First interviewer was nice and polite, second interviewer, one of the owners of the company, was more demanding and a bit intimidating. She spoke negatively about the current employee that I was supposed to replace. Both times that I went there, everyone was dead quiet, other than the receptionist.. It was quite odd for a office space to be this silent, as if they were afraid to speak.
