After submitting my resume, I was called in for an interview with two engineers and given a tour of the facility. The whole process was about 90 minutes, and nothing stood out as odd or unexpected. The questions were typical and not too detailed because they knew I was still in school, and my experience/knowledge was still being developed. After accepting, I took a drug test and physical test (lifting weights and moving around, nothing difficult) then I had a day of company training where we learn the history, culture and safety procedures of the company, as well as fill out uniform sizing orders (paid for by the company) and other paperwork.
