First, you apply online and pay $18 to take a test. They'll contact you by email if you are selected for an interview. Two people: The dispatch supervisor and a cop. The supervisor is all smiley. The cop is straight faced, trying not to smile even when it's appropriate to smile. If you pass the interview, you get polygraphed. If you pass the polygraph, they start calling all of your references for the background check. If you pass that, you pay $25 to take a drug test. (Due to the high turnover rate, they save some hiring costs by charging to take their test and making you pay for the drug test.)
