They interview you in the cafe and just tell you about the job. Basically if you get an interview, you get the job. They ask about where you go to school and if you plan on working only in the summer and on breaks from school. They also ask you what your availability is and if you know any of the current employees. Knowing someone if decently important with getting a job here, but not necessary.
