The first stage was a 3-hour long 'Assessment Day' where you meet the other candidates and 6 employees including current trainees, mid-level, managers and Directors in a board room, and each candidate meets each team member in the room and has a casual chat. Then one-by-one each candidate is interview by both a Manager and Director for 30 mins. The interview is very friendly, However, they ask you to explain everything, and asked several scenario questions.
