A fantastic company to work for, with a genuine emphasis on listening to colleagues and developing talent. There are a variety of internal networks to get involved in, along with opportunities to work with external charity partners. The retail aspect of the portfolio also adds a really interesting dimension to the business.

Cons

At times, the organisation can feel hierarchical, though this is to be expected within a FTSE 100 company.

My experience with Landsec has been highly positive across many areas. It is an inspiring environment that truly embodies a “yes, we can” attitude. I greatly value the collaborative culture and the numerous opportunities it offers for professional growth.

Cons

As with any organisation of this size and scale, particularly given its extensive portfolio, streamlining processes to maximise efficiency can sometimes be a challenge. However, my overall experience has been very positive, and I would happily recommend Landsec as a great employer.
