Laney College interview questions

There was a brief 15-minute interview, asking about experience working with racially diverse populations, time management, and conflict resolution. After the interview, you will be contacted to inform whether you got the job in about a week.

Had to prepare a small presentation teaching about one topic. Also had to answer a series of questions. Felt like the interview was a waste of time as the panel barely wrote down any of my answers and they were looking at their phones/falling asleep.
