I did an online assessment which wasn't too difficult, then I had an online interview with a senior member of staff who was very friendly and nice. I am waiting to hear about the next stages.

Interview
Short 15 min Phone Interview from two employees followed by assessment day with group presentations and tests and finally an interview. Very long winded process but got a good feel for the company.
