Lantern Community Services interview questions

The process was quick and easy. Had the interview a few days after we connected. I was called two days after I applied. I was interviewed by two people. it lasted about 20 minutes once I was in the room, I waited longer beforehand.

I applied for the manager position and was given the interview for the procurement coordinator since I was not "qualified" for the manager, per senior HR comment. I proceeded with the interviews with the 4 upper management staff and I got the offer letter for the manager position. 3 references were called, the background check and fingerprinting done, kept in touch with senior HR for orientation details. I had a few Qs in final offer letter since the necessary details were not clear (regular work hours/ full time in office or hybrid) and reached out to HR. Beyond my control, I received a rescinded offer letter the next day, Friday and I was to start the job on Monday. I sent a follow-up email, but there was no reply/feedback on why, and it's been a week. Be careful everyone, hope my comment is helpful.
