Laughlin Constable interview questions

I applied to this job, heard back about an interview a couple weeks later. I had an interview with 2 different people but never heard back despite reaching out to hiring manager

The interview was a complete waste of time. The position I had applied for was for a Product Owner, which was confirmed by the hiring manager when he reached out to me to set up the phone screen. The person who interviewed me in the phone screen was 15 minutes late for a 30 minute phone call, and he was incredibly distracted the entire conversation. After a few minutes of me describing my experience, he interrupted me and said he wanted to know my experience for an entirely different position than what I had applied for. After clarifying that there may be a disconnect and that I was applying for a Product Owner position, he told me that I was wrong and that's not even an open position so he doesn't know why I got that impression. It was an incredibly rude conversation and made me feel very uncomfortable. I followed up with the hiring manager immediately after the phone screen to mention that there was a disconnect with the interviewer, and I never received a response. In my opinion, it felt as though LC was taking advantage of the other agency layoffs in the Milwaukee area and were collecting resumes. Don't waste your time interviewing here.
