Overall very standard conversation with my the college president. It was approximately 30 minutes, and at the end of the interview I received my offer. There was general discussion about role responsibilities and experience during the interview.

The training process is trial-by-fire. So take all the textbooks home and study because students will EXPECT you to have read the book and have completed all the exercises. But all that work can be claimed as prep time.
