Law Absolute interview questions

As an experienced recruiter the interview was quite informal, a nice friendly, open and professional chat first with Leon the Internal Recruiter who was lovely and then with the Director Sarah Godwin who I got along with great. I then returned to meet with another Director Victoria Wright who again was very friendly and easy to talk to, having met both you could tell of their genuine passion and enthusiasm for their brand, from the beginnings to where they would like to take it in the future which made the interview process incredibly positive and exciting. During the final stage I met with a lot of other consultants from different teams and varying levels of experience who were able to paint a great picture of life working there, the benefits, rewards and the client base they dealt with. Everyone was again very open and informative, answering all questions with what seemed like genuine honesty. Overall great process. Even though I turned down the offer it was a very difficult decision, I would highly recommend Law Absolute to anyone looking to meet with a dynamic, exciting and progressive agency. I wish them every success going forward and would definitely meet with them again in the future. Thanks for all the time you spent with me during the process guys!

Joined on the grad scheme. Had an assessment day which involved a number of tasks and activities throughout the day. Firstly a group discussion then a number of client and business development related tasks as well as a pitch presentation.
