Lawyer's Aid Service interview questions

The first step was filling out the online application. There is one application for all of the positions, which was a little unusual, but overall it was fairly standard. I receive a call from the head of HR a few days after submitting my application. She interviewed me on the phone for about 30 minutes. The interview focused primarily on my prior experience. I was asked to come in to answer some more questions a few days after my phone interview. I was instructed to wait in the lobby and fill out some paperwork, which took me approximately an hour. Once I was done, the head of HR came out to review my answers with me and to discuss the company's fragrance-free policy (instated for the owner's health). I was asked about the highs and lows of each position I have held in the past as well as which scented household products I use. After the first interview I was invited to meet the owner for lunch. He spent a good deal of time telling me about the history of the company and asking me about my long-term career goals. Immediately after lunch I was invited back to the office to sign a contract, and I began work the next day. From start to finish the process took a little under 2 weeks. There are definitely some quirks about LAS and the interview process, primarily because of the fragrance-free environment, but the management seemed aware of and apologetic for the inconvenience. I get the impression that they are very grateful and accommodating towards employees to make up for the peculiarities, which is all any reasonable person can ask for.
