I spoke with the owner Baron Cook, he briefly described the position and what it entailed.
He asked when I could start. I got a call that day asking me to come in the following day.

Interview was an easy conversation setting. There was not very many questions and was not very detailed. Background was completed before a contract was offered. A non-compete is required for employment.
