Very flat organization. Spoke with the hiring manager, the recruiter who was in contact with me, and with the Founder of the company. Really simple interview. First round was a pre-screen phone call and the second round was to come into the office. Called directly to let me know I had gotten the job!

Good interview process. Do a phone screen and then a one hour in-person interview, where I met with the head recruiter, recruiter and president/co-founder of the company. Very relaxed interview and personable individuals.
