Online and only about 20 minutes. Quite a few questions about inclusivity and previous experience. Didn’t feel incredibly formal and was comfortable. I believe she asked 9 questions. Got an email saying my interview was successful but they had no roles for me.

Straightforward, relaxed interiew with staff, normally students who work within the union already which makes the atmosphere easy to deal with, even for people who have never interviewed before. Good experience and even if you are unsuccessful they have a talent pool, which I also got job offers through

Workshop style interview. It was one stage and you could request to work in any of the three venues. Questions felt relevant to the job. People were nice and professional.
