I applied because I was looking for a career change and it was advertised as no experience required - training provided. The admin confirmed it over the phone, the manager confirmed it, and even the team confirmed it. After a screening process to select good candidates with decent communication skills or the ability to learn them, I observed as part of a second interview. That second interview was both designed to teach me about them, but also test my determination and willingess to work hard. I was not asked to perform, but at least give examples as to why I believed I deserved a position more than others,
