I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Legends Incorporated (Maidstone, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
The company is growing and is encouraging people to step up and progress.
I was contacted specifically for a role that would help me fast track the progression through the different departments of the company and develop further my management skills.
They showed me the entry level, and all the responsibilities after that.
It was mostly about applying existing systems, and working within a dynamic and friendly environment.

Interview
I applied because I was looking for a career change and it was advertised as no experience required - training provided.
The admin confirmed it over the phone, the manager confirmed it, and even the team confirmed it.
After a screening process to select good candidates with decent communication skills or the ability to learn them, I observed as part of a second interview. That second interview was both designed to teach me about them, but also test my determination and willingess to work hard. I was not asked to perform, but at least give examples as to why I believed I deserved a position more than others,

Question 1
What three questions would you ask a manager after what you learned from today?
Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
Our observation day is one of the most critical parts of our recruitment process. It allows us to provide candidates with an insight into what we do, the client's we work with and where they could potentially fit in. We also get the chance to fully assess applicants and their suitability.
It's great to read such positive feedback.

Interview
I received a call from HR about my applications. They were super polite and nice. It was a pleasant conversation, even though it was just to check my details and timetable.
Went there for a first interview, short but essential as I got to meet the manager. The office and staff left a good impression, people were relaxed and welcoming.
They were very selective and only a handful of people were there for a second interview, which consisted in spending the day with the team and get to learn more about the marketing campaigns and how they work. Basically, it was super useful as I got to see exactly the role they would expect of me, and I could see the company from the inside. I left a good impression on the team, so I had another meeting with the manager to evaluate the day before making an offer on the position.
