it was way too long for how much they pay you had to do a presentation at the end as well. you had to basically sell yourself as a KAM. also they are huge on culture when there is literally 0 reason to be in the office

Interview
The interview process was very organized and well prepared, it gives an incredible insight about the role and the company.
The first interview was quick but right to the point expressing what Lenus is and information about the job. The second interview was about getting to know me and if I would be a good fit for the role, as well as getting to know what a day to day would look like. The third interview or case study makes you understand more what you would be doing as a KAM and lets the interviewer see if you're a good candidate.
Lastly, the coffee meet, it lets you get to know your future co-workers and ask them all types of questions. Overall, I really enjoyed the whole interview process.

Process was great - very thorough which allows you to get to know more about Lenus + the people, plus it allows Lenus to get to know who you are as a person. There was a challenging portion that helps you think and apply your skills - gives you an insight into the role.
