Interview
The phone screen with HR and the initial interviews went well. The hiring manager said that the overall interaction was positive. I never heard back from recruitment post that. Sent follow up emails but was ghosted. Overall, the interview process and how they handle the candidate shows lack of professionalism within recruitment services
Thanks for your comments. We agree with you that every candidate should get a response. We have recently put standards in place with our recruiting team to ensure that happens.
