Lexington County EMS interview questions

Laid back interview process that was somewhat disorganized at times. I was interviewed by 3 current employees at LCEMS. Typical interview questions such as why do you want to work for us, what are your strengths / weakness, etc. I was called back about a week later with a group of people to talk to the head of EMS and I was told I got the job.
