Lexington Public Library interview questions

The process was fairly easy from applying online and then setting up the interview. Met with a panel of employees for the initial interview and presentation. I was given a prompt beforehand and asked to make a presentation about my marketing idea.

The interview took place at the downtown (central) branch of the library, in one of the conference rooms. Despite being on time, they were not ready for me, and I had to wait about fifteen minutes past the scheduled time. There were two interviewers. They alternated asking questions. The questions were quite roundabout; asking about former jobs and how you handled certain situations while you were there. Before the interview, they warned that there would be a book organizing test, based on the Dewey Decimal System. In the end, though, it seemed to be just putting things in alphabetical order.
