Interview
I did a video interview (Glassdoor makes me state a city. The interviewer was based in SF), they said it was the second-to-last round, so maybe they were in the last stages of hiring. The interview took just over an hour. The interviewer let me know they were reading from a required script, and it was all behavioral questions (which was not something they alerted me to, so I was taken a bit off guard). The interviewer was great at giving "I'm listening" feedback, and seemed very nice and friendly. Not 6 hours after the interview concluded and just seconds before I was about to send a follow-up email, did they alert me I had not gotten the role. The next steps were supposed to be a "demo" work session. It had the possibility of being fully remote.
