Very long and grueling interview process. They make you take an IQ test basically which is very very long and i had about 3 interviews and they actually called me for another but i declined. It was just too much in my opinion

Interview
Very straightforward and direct questions. They made it clear what the expectations of me were and also what i can expect from them as well. They also opened up the floor for me to ask any questions myself and made my decision that much easier.
Talked to a few different people in the company. Got a good sense of the environment, culture and position in general. First and second interviews were both in a restaurant.
