Interview process was very thorough. They want to learn a lot about you as a person but they also want to know EVERYTHING about your design background, experience, process, strengths, weaknesses, etc. They are also very upfront and tell you about how the company works, the expectations they would have for you (should you be given an offer), and what they can help you learn as an employee. All of my interviews were very enjoyable and I learned a lot about the incredible culture of the company through them. 1st interview is over the phone, 2nd is at their office with the head of HR and the Art Director, and the 3rd is a meeting with all 3 of the partners. It took me about 3 weeks in total to get through.
