The team ran the interview process very efficiently. The recruiter, Nikki MacCallum, was very responsive if I ever wanted an update or had questions. My interview process was conducted remotely, so I had several phone interviews over the course of a few weeks: an initial phone screen with the recruiter, an interview with the person that would be my direct supervisor, and then interviews with the department's Executive Director, Director and a Manager. Everyone that I spoke with was very pleasant and asked relevant questions to get to know me better. They also left plenty of time to answer any questions that I had.
