I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lightricks (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in May 2022
Interview
Definitely the worst interview I had.
Felt as the interviewers are trying to see what I don’t know rather than what I do.
Made me feel really bad after each answer.
This is not how an interview should go. You should check candidates potential rather than make them feel attacked.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lightricks (Jerusalem, Jerusalem) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process included 3 phases: introductory interview, an home assignment, and a follow up interview with higher up management.
They were extremely nice and accommodating up to the point I asked for feedback after being rejected (both one of the interviewers and HR, on two different occasions), which they entirely ignored.
Shows a lot about the character of the company, considering the positive communication just until they no longer care, and considering I took the time to drive all the way to Jerusalem (twice) and write an assignment for almost a week (one they liked, otherwise I wouldn't been invited for another interview).
