I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LinQuest (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
I applied online and a couple days later heard back from a recruiter. We had an easy phone screen that week and the recruiter setup a follow-up onsite interview for the following week.
The onsite itself consisted of a 30-minute presentation by the VP and a 75-minute panel interview that mostly covered my resume, classes I took during undergrad, and knowledge of systems engineering.
About a week and a half later, I got a call with a verbal offer.

Interview
Very friendly people. Interview is more about questioning your critical thinking skills and your knowledge of systems engineering. They recommended me to apply to an entry level position over the temporary intern position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LinQuest (El Segundo, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Applied online and was called to interview the next week. I talked to 3 different individuals, one was the main engineer and the other a manager. The first basically just described to me what the company does and what my role would be. The others just inquired about my experience based off my resume. Was asked minor technical questions and a little about my education. Overall it was very easy going and all were very conversational. Haven't heard back yet, just been a day.
