Interview
I applied to the job on a job board. Within a week or so I heard back from the district manager via email. We set up a phone interview after 5 since I was working at the time. My phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. We corresponded via email to set up the in-person interview. I met the district manager at the center and it was a pretty standard interview. Later, I was asked to review a pamphlet and was left to study it for a few minutes. I pitched the company and services to the district manager. After the interview he told me that he would call me at the end of the week to let me know something. He didn't call...When I didn't hear back I called to ask if he was still interested. I got the job!
A coworker later told me that he found out that was a test for me to see if I would take the initiative.

Lies more lies false promises and getting stabbed in the back repeatedly by upper management that didn't want to take responsibility for their own actions or lack there off. the only thing they were looking for ultimately was a scape goat.

I applied and within two days I got an interview. Extremely easy was offered the job almost on the spot. I think not a lot of business minded people work at this company due to the quick to fire thought process. To keep people you have to build them up not tear them down.

Interview
Interview was great but was not informed about the prior history of the store and the damage from prior managers. Other area managers are jealous of new managers coming on so they do not offer information or help. Lincare needs to focus on a team management in every area.
