Linchpin interview questions

I had a great first conversation with Aaron, we ended up chatting for over an hour! It was rather casual and candid which I greatly appreciated. He's what sold me on joining Linchpin. He was charismatic, answered all my questions, talked shop for a bit, talked about how much he values mentorship, and generally got me very excited about joining the team. I had a second interview with Aaron and Julia, the lead project manager to chat about more Project management centric things which also went very well. My third interview was essentially just an informal offer and chat about benefits, salary, and start date.
